Content & Takedown Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Use this page if a video made with ainius:
- uses your work without permission;
- gets facts wrong about you;
- invades your privacy;
- breaks the law.
1. Where the video is matters
ainius makes videos for its customers. Customers download them and post them on their own channels (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and others). ainius has no public video feed or gallery of its own, and videos are stored in the customer's account. However, a customer can turn on a public share link for a video; anyone with the link can watch it until the customer turns it off. If you report a share link, we turn that link off immediately.
What we can do:
- investigate;
- remove the video and its source material from our systems;
- contact the customer and require them to correct or remove it;
- suspend or close the customer's account;
- improve our checks.
What we can't do: delete a post from someone else's channel. To get a post removed quickly, also report it to the platform:
For videos that ainius itself publishes (on our website, in our ads, on our own social accounts), we correct or remove them ourselves.
2. How to report
Email support@ainius.net. Use one of these subjects:
- "Copyright notice"
- "Correction request"
- "Defamation report"
- "Privacy report"
- "Illegal content report"
Include:
- Your name and how to contact you.
- A link to the video (the platform post, or the ainius link). If you don't have a link, send a screenshot showing the channel name.
- What is wrong, as precisely as you can (for example, the time in the video and the exact words or image).
- Your relationship to it: rights owner, the person concerned, or someone authorized to act for them.
- Any evidence, such as the correct facts with a source, or proof that you own the work.
3. Copyright notices (including DMCA)
If you believe a video infringes your copyright, send a notice with:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the work you say is infringed;
- the material you say infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it (link, time in the video);
- your address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Copyright contact: Nguyen Minh Tuan (Nguyễn Minh Tuấn), Vinhomes Ocean Park 1, Da Ton, Gia Lam, Hanoi, Vietnam · support@ainius.net (subject "DMCA notice")
Rights holders outside the US can send the same information.
Counter-notice. If your video was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake, send:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- what was removed and where it was before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and phone number;
- your consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the US, any judicial district where ainius may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.
We forward valid counter-notices to the person who sent the notice. If they don't tell us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material in our systems.
False claims. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can make you liable for damages.
Repeat infringers. We close the accounts of customers who receive repeated valid copyright notices.
4. Corrections
If an ainius video gets facts wrong, about you or anyone else:
- Send the link, what is wrong, and the correct facts with a source.
- We compare the video with the source article.
- If the error comes from our output, we:
- tell the customer and require them to correct or remove the video;
- remove our stored copy if needed;
- fix the check that missed it.
If it is our own post, we correct it publicly or remove it.
- If the source article itself is wrong, please also contact its publisher. Once they correct it, we tell the customer.
5. Rules for news about real people
Every ainius user agrees to these rules in our Terms of Service. Our automated checks are built around them too.
- Say only what the source supports. Don't add accusations the article doesn't make.
- An allegation is not guilt. Use "accused", "charged" or "alleged" until a court decides. Say when someone denies it.
- Right photo, right person. Never use a photo of a person unless you have confirmed it is them.
- Protect private people. Don't name or show private individuals accused of crimes or caught up in tragedies, unless it is clearly necessary and reputable outlets have already reported it. Never identify minors.
- No made-up quotes. Every quote must come from the source.
- Label opinion. Opinion must read as opinion, and satire must be obvious.
- Elections. Use only official sources for how, when and where to vote. Don't call results before they are officially declared.
- Fix fast. When you learn about an error, correct the video or take it down.
6. Defamation and privacy reports
For defamation, tell us:
- the exact false statement or statements;
- why they are false;
- how they harm you.
We act quickly on clear cases. We can disable the video in our systems and require the customer to remove it. We don't decide legal disputes; courts do. We comply with valid court orders.
For privacy, tell us what private information is exposed (for example, a home address, ID number, or private photo). We handle these reports first.
7. Illegal and harmful content
- Child sexual abuse material: zero tolerance. We remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities.
- Credible threats of violence: we handle these first and may inform the authorities.
8. Response times
- We reply within 2 business days, Vietnam time (UTC+7).
- Reports about child safety, threats or exposed private information come first.
- We aim to act on complete, valid notices within 2 business days of receiving them.
9. Requests from authorities
Law enforcement and government requests: support@ainius.net, subject "Law enforcement request". We respond as required by Vietnamese law and other applicable law.
