Refund policy

Not happy? Get a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.

How to request

In the app, open Credits → “Your orders” → tap “Request a refund” on the order. The money is returned to the account you paid from within 1–2 business days.

After the refund

Unused credits from that order are removed and your account returns to the Free plan. Videos you already made stay in your library.
