Frequently asked questions

What is ainius?

ainius turns a news article (or a topic) into a short 9:16 news video with voiceover, captions and visuals — built for faceless news channels on TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Reels.

What can I paste?

A link to a news article, a short topic, or the full text of an article. Facebook, YouTube and TikTok links aren't supported yet — paste the original article link instead.

Does it make things up?

Scripts are written to stay close to the source article, with an automatic check so no facts or numbers are added beyond the source; the source is credited on the video.

How long does a video take?

Usually a few minutes, depending on video length and how busy the queue is.

Can I use it for free?

Yes. The free plan includes 5 credits a month (a 30-second video uses 2 credits, 60 seconds uses 4), with an ainius watermark at 720p. No card needed.

What do paid plans add?

No watermark. From Standard: 90-second videos, 1080p, your logo and brand colors, a custom voice and editing by chat. See the Credits page in the app for details.

How do I pay? Does it renew automatically?

Payment is currently by VietQR bank transfer in VND. It is a one-time payment that lasts 30 days, with no auto-renewal. Card payment for international customers is not available yet; email support@ainius.net if you need it.

Do credits expire?

Plan credits are valid for 30 days from purchase and don't roll over.

What if I'm not happy?

You get a 100% refund within 7 days, no questions asked — tap “Request a refund” on the Credits page; the money is returned within 1–2 business days.

Which languages are supported?

English and Vietnamese.
